Intro

An ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented, qualified accountant, Laura has a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Northumbria and was also on the Dean's List Award for Academic Excellence. Laura has since continued her professional development and is working towards her Chartered Accountant status.

With 13 years experience working within the financial sector, Laura joined our team in 2023.

 

 

Professional Experience

Holding a proven track record of strategically, and operationally leading finance departments to be more efficient and higher performing. Laura is highly knowledgeable regarding the preparation of annual statutory accounts for partner review, amendments, submission to Companies House and client feedback meetings, along with preparation of corporation tax returns and submission to HMRC.

Day-to-day duties have included on site client visits acting as Finance Manager, review of bookkeeping and quarterly VAT returns, advisory support to the Partners and line management, coaching and training junior members of the finance department.
