BW Medical Accountants - Continuity Business Plan

All BW employees already have the capability to support you remotely from wherever we are.

Please see below our information about how we are operating throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following the latest announcements by the Prime Minister, our team continues to work remotely when possible to safeguard our staff and to help reduce the increased pressure on NHS resource.

Our office is open in order to receive deliveries but we have skeleton staff in place to minimise risk and only those individuals who have specifically requested to work within our office space are allowed to do so complying with strict Covid-19 safety measures.

As previously communicated our firm has a Business Continuity (BC) Plan in place and we did prepare for this eventuality.

Our telephone lines remain open, Direct Dial numbers have been diverted to individual business mobile numbers where possible and the main office number has also been diverted so we will be able to take a message and have the relevant person call you back. If you wish to contact a specific person, email would be more appropriate at this time.

As you would expect we have temporarily suspended all business travel and working on site at client’s premises. Where our staff would usually work at your premises to prepare your accounts we will be contacting all clients individually to discuss arrangements for this nearer the time.

All of our team can support you remotely from wherever they are. We are asking employees to self-isolate and follow Government guidelines if they feel unwell and present COVID-19 symptoms.

With the new movement restrictions and if any members of our team become unwell and have to self-isolate, resulting in resource issues, we may have to discuss priorities and our approach with you; in these circumstances we will endeavour to maintain our commitments to the best of our ability.

If you have made practice business decisions regarding your internal plans that you want us to be aware of please do let us know.

As you'll be acutely aware, the situation is changing constantly and we will keep this post updated.

We have taken measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our team and others. We'd also like to take this opportunity to express our personal thanks and appreciation to all of the healthcare workers who are on the front line working to contain Coivd-19 virus.
